ArabKo provides advisory and execution services connecting Korean businesses with buyers, distributors, and institutions in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA), including supplier verification, market-entry planning, negotiation support, and delegation coordination. Engagement terms, deliverables, and fees for any specific project are set out separately in a written agreement or proposal between ArabKo and the client, not by this Site.
3. No Guarantee of Results
Case studies, figures, and outcomes described on the Site (including deal values, partnership counts, and timelines) reflect specific past engagements and are provided for illustrative purposes. Past results do not guarantee similar outcomes for future engagements, which depend on factors specific to each client, market, and counterparty.
4. Third-Party Platforms and Links
The Site may reference or link to affiliated platforms (such as Byutti.com or MenaGlam.com) or third-party services (such as WhatsApp). ArabKo is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party platforms, which operate under their own terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Seoul, South Korea, unless otherwise agreed in a separate written contract.
